2008-06-01 - Someone on a messageboard that I frequent is considering getting a tattoo of a compass rose, so I decided to try my hand at designing one. My main focus for the piece was to make it appear to be a handmade object that featured heavy amounts of inlay work. Overall, I think it has a Spanish armada feel.
